Wanting all the holes hollow on the left and the right grille like how it is in the middle so it looks similar to the middle
What's the best way to do it guys ?

Buy the passenger side from VW. Ill find the PN if you want, the drivers side youneed to cut it out with a scalpel or stanley knife

It's a long process, I did mine with a Stanley knife but worth it in the end. Just be careful of your fingers, the very last hole i caught myself oops haha

Get a palm sander. Sand the grill from the back, then when you've done it for a bit the honeycomb just pops out
