Hello,

At somepoint in the cars history, one of the previous owners has managed to demolish the black inner grille which sits on top of the bumper. The one the coloured insert and the VW / R32 badge would then attach to.

Before I order a new grill, my questions are: -

1) Should there be any inserts or anything that sit in holes I've circled in red? Or does the new grill just clip in to the gap?

2) Are these the only fixing points for the black grill, or are there others?

Just clips into it buddy, nothing needed

Push the middle one in then the 2 sides, also you will need a bit of patience undoing the bonnet pull, it's a bastard to get right if you have fat fingers

Undoing the bonnet pull is easy, it's putting the damn thing back on that makes me swear.

Fingers aren't fat, the camera adds 10 pounds
