hi guys my r32 has started to have rough idle and run lumpy I’ve changed coil packs I’m thinking variator or chin this is my vcds

Also check you have the correct plugs from reputable manufacturer (e.g. NGK) and not fakes. You can tell as the fakes typically do not have the welded iridium electrode tip but have a one piece electrode, you will need a magnifying glass to see it.

When you stand by the exhaust with the engine running, goes it smell like the mixture is running rich. If so, the source of the problem may be a faulty lambda oxygen sensor.
