My family is getting bigger and I need to upgrade to a 5dr hence the sale.
Car comes with 3 sets of keys.

VF9 Supercharged.
6PSi Pulley.
Mapped at Stealth Racing.
Short of 360hp.
Spare Head had been rebuilt at 110K, all new valves.
Port and Polished Inlet and Exhaust.
3angle cut valves.
(Pro Engines Hatfield).
Standard Cams.
Chains & VVT Pulleys all new from VW Alan Day.
All done in 2019.
Chain readings +3 at present.
Gearbox re-built 8yrs ago. (A&M Auto's Kingsbury).
Short shift fitted by Dipesh Khatri Yaash Motors.
Matrix & AC Condensor replaced at Alan Day VW 8yrs ago. Condensor was leaking.
The mileage has just hit 157K. (Going up as daily).
Don't let that put you off.
The oil in the head is always golden..
Oil change gets done every 6months regardless of less miles.
If you genuinly know about these engines and what's written above you know the above aint gonna put you off.
(Mainly motorway mileage as my father was seriously ill, so was back and forth to parents house).
The car pulls in every gear with no issue, as top end has been rebuilt no issues with the car at all. Bottom end was clean as anything so nothing was needed doing.
Stock VW Struts purchased new from VW.
(Within last few years).
H&R Springs.
Miltek Cat Back.
US Rears.
Rear parking sensors.
Mk6 Polo Custom Boot Handle.

Ive a folder stacked with reciepts.
Bad bits
Ive neglected the bodywork due to my father being in a serious condition.
Its had a paint job 5yrs ago and the paint is still like glass.
Its a mk4 2003, and there are a few rust spots.
Surface rust both wings, minimal that can be treated and sorted.
Bootlid as norm, will supply another rust free bootlid at sale of car.
Few scratches on rear bumper and front minimal.
Headlining needs atten.
(I have the right people for that).

Ive listed it for £13,000 which I feel is worth it.
I will not drop the price nor interested in PX.
It has just under £1.5k of work doin if that.

If it does not sell I will finish of what needs doing and sell it.
