Back for sale as chains and guides have been replaced;


Spec is as follows;

  • Three Door
  • Full Leather
  • DSG
  • Cruise Control
  • Multi Function Steering Wheel
  • Sony Headunit with Handsfree and Bluetooth
  • Lowered on H&R Springs
  • Valero LED Rear Lights
  • Forge Air Box
  • Resonator Delete
  • Front Wings Replaced ( previous owners)
  • Low Tax Bracket - £340pa

I had all the Shocks replaced with Blisten B6's at around 64000 miles

Current mileage is 70788

It had a full major service at the beginning of April 21 at Dialynx Performance, which included the following;

  • DSG Oil change
  • Haldex Oil Change
  • Minor Engine Service
  • New Rear Discs and Pads
  • New Outer CV Boots
( it has been serviced by Dialynx for the past five years )

Furthermore all the tires where replaced with PS4 in April as well; This was all done at 66,500 miles

UPDATE - Further work has been done;
New OEM Engine Mounts
New Rear Arm Bushes
New Rear Drop Links
New Front Drive Shafts
Full Replacement of Chains and Guides
All parts are VW Main dealer parts

worth mentioning lower tax bracket too, silent make a difference but it does to some buyers.

altho this is such a good example you'd hope it would go to someone with reasonable deep pockets

Still for sale - Had further improvements done with all the engine mounts being replaced with new OEM parts and new rear arm bushes and drop links

After a year of ownership a new job forces the sale of my R32.

I have only ever used the car in the summer months for blasts on my own or trips up to Scotland. It was SORN through the winter and kept in car storage - the prior owner had rarely driven the car accounting for 2-3000 miles a year.

UPDATE - The timing chain has started to make some noise and been diagnosed as timing chain guides requiring a full replacement

You have a very nice car, I have an R32 that had a noisy chain too, which no doubt would´ve been diagnosed as yours was, but I replaced the chain tensioner, 30€, and a 10 minute easy job, and it cured the noise, so before writing your guides off.......

Had it properly looked at this week and its the guides starting to go - chain and tensioner are fine. now reduced to £8,000 and still for sale
