Ashbourne in Derbyshire . Postage I am afraid is a non starter. The bumper would be an absolute nightmare to pack and given that I was quoted £40 to ship the splitter , God only knows what the cost would be for a bumper . However, if you can find a courier who will collect ……..

Yeah it’s a little far, I am just looking into couriers now do you happen to have a rough estimate of weight and dimensions of the bumper? Don’t worry if not

Weight is about 10kg. The size is around 1.8 X1x0.8 m so a hell of a box. Is the courier providing the box ?

I would probably take it all, I’m not sure on the courier providing a box, if you can bubble wrap it maybe that will probably be enough?

In which case the weight will be more as I had not factored in the wings, so three packages in total. I will need to order a roll of bubble wrap from eBay before I can pack

So, to be clear, bumper with its side grills, £300, wings at £60 each = £120 and the front grill at £50 comes to £470 and yes the tabs are intact .

Top news. Screwfix sell bubble wrap. Screwfix have a branch in Ashbourne. The angels in heaven rejoice and more importantly , I will drink my tea and go and relieve them of a roll of the stuff. You are paying the carriage, I will pay for the bubble wrap .
