Need to make a decision tomorrow whether to go for H&R springs, Fk high sport coilovers or AP coilovers.

would like the car to sit lower without being so low it will cause strain on other parts of the suspension or so that the bumpers will catch on speed bumps

The car is currently sitting on stock 18s don't have any plans to put any bigger wheels on

My knowledge is very poor so any advise would be appreciated, don't really want to spend more than 450

Cheapest option would be springs if you just want it a bit lower, personally I wouldn't put £450 coilovers on an R.......................

I've got some neuspeed lowering springs on order from awesome Gti, they should be here next week and on the car a week later, only paid £167 (I think) for a 1.4 inch drop all round, I'll take some picks when they are on the car to show you what they look like if you can wait that long

My advice people, go coil overs !

I didn't listen to peeps on here went for springs.

3 months later I went for weitec coil overs, have more control on my ride height and slight more ridged !
