Move the Cup holder to the bottom, possible?

not something ive ever considered but i suppose in theory you should be able to unless when the cup holder is open it fouls on something eg the gear stick when you go for 1st 3rd or 5th

It will be possible however it would make it inoperable i'd imagine as VC sadi it'd hit the gear stick.

is it so your screen isnt blocked when you have drinks?

Has anybody seen anything useful that can replace a cup holder?

The MkV has about 7 in total!

I may have to do a custom tray or something for petrol receipts/toll booth tickets.

If you have the avicx1r at the top with the cupholder above you cant eject the cup holder when you get the 7" touchscreen out! i dont want it at the bottom above the ecc controls, to far down.
