Looks like a really interesting project... So Audi 3.2 V6 in, to replace the old 2.8? Any future plans? I'm liking the carbon fibre bonnet - quite subtle on a black car... any great weight savings to be had?

it's actually an R32 lump, just wearing my audi manifold whilst the other one is getting repainted black.

straight swap, you don't even have to seap the loom, just modify one connector (the brown VVT one).

it'll even run on the 2.8 management, just not with as much power.

so are you running it on the 2.8 management then ? what sort of bhp is it putting out.

It'll look far better under the bonnet when the R32 covers back with you.
