Tested one today and it was nice but my 2006 R felt better. Ride was hard and the back window was to small to look out when reversing. Also the arm rest area was a bit small because every time I slammed it into to 2nd or 4th I kept knocking the salesman arm. For 25k nah ill stick to my German beast. But it was very quick but ill hold on to my pennies for now. I got offered 7800 for my golf with 73k and payments of £300 a month which I thought wasn't bad over 4 years.

Agree with the rest of them, I would defo go for a used TTRS or the likes. The new mk7 GTI looks well smart from the pictures I've seen. 25k would get you a lot of choices.

Just stay away from the Focus ST.

Came through Arundel near Brighton today, saw an ST event judging by a pub car park.

Just when you thought seeing at least 3 a day wasn't enough
