I used std auto Glym metal polish and it came up like a mirror despite never being done before. Can't see how this will be much different tbh.

Yes it's in this months pvw
It just says go to milltek site to buy it.

This product might add better protection against dirt and fuel deposits then the Auto glym one. A lot of cleaning and waxing products are miles better than others so this may be better then any other metal polishing product
I will give it a wirl and let you know what I think.

In my experience, you really can't beat Autosol followed up with Belgom Alu.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's an existing 3rd party product rebranded Milltek with a slight price increase.

Hmm last half as long as Autosol and cost twice as much.....hmmm Milltek did the pricing then.......

It better jump out the bottle and polish and polish my tips itself for that.......just my opinion of course....

Fair play Alexmac for trying though

Fair comments just thought I might as well share it as someone might have been interested.
I have tried very fine wire wool before but it made small scratches and in my opinion made my tips look dull. But maybe I was doing it wrong.
This is what this forum is for
discussing.

I would not use wire wool for cleaning. My back box was never cleaned since installed, it was so dark and dirty, a big cloth with copious amount of polish soon made it into as new shiny.

The rear tips interior can get pitted if left too long in which something aggressive is your only hope. But again polish and a rub does the trick if you don't leave it too long. For stubborn deposits I use my Dremel buff pad.

I just use Autosol, my exhaust never gets dirty enough to need anything too abrasive e.g. wire wool etc. I imagine its just a money maker, can't imagine it being much better than anything already out there, I am willing to be proved wrong though
interested to hear your thoughts on it.
