So received an email about their new range, all excited I clicked on 'find out more'.

Said "buy some between 18th April and..... to receive 100 bonus points", the thought of my fill up tomorrow getting more and more exciting!

Then check my balance looks like ive already bought some and the find out more didnt deliver any earth shattering news! Same sh!t different day then is it?

I was hoping for at least 150ron!

Just looks like a re-branding / marketing exercise.

I'm sure the new name, for the UK, will appeal to the chavs

So it's just normal v-power?

I'll stick to momentum then
momentum is awesome stuff! i use it in the 1.8T, the higher the octane in the ful also the colder and cleaner it burns, helps to keep the temps down and lower predetonation! fuel makes such a difference to a car!

Also makes me smile when i see the chav driving the tunes skyline and putting 95ron in it LOLOLOLOLOL, nice one buddy! shows you know nothing!

I would have assumed it was their equivalent of BP's super-ultimate, or whatever it was, which had an octane rating of 102, and costed over £2 a litre!

After having a read on the site, it seems its nothing more than a minor improvement to the formula with no change in the octane rating. Bit stupid calling it "nitro" when theres nothing in it related to Nitrous Oxide, or even Nitrogen at all. Obviously just an attempt to attract more people to buy it.

Not just "Nitro" but "Nitro+", that's up another level of awesomeness

No v power has always been 99. Optimax was lower.
