Hi all,

In the process of getting some new tyres for the R and have being looking at some Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta.

just would like anyones thoughts on them as I have never tried that brand of tyre.

Not used them personally but only heard good things about them.

Yeh that's what I've being hearing as well to be honest.

On my R, I used Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2s and they were brilliant but as you know tyres are such a personal thing as we all drive differently and have different expectations.

Yeh had them tyres on my Subaru P1 and yes what a tyre.

Had them on my old 4mo and they were great did think they wore fairly quickly thou.

I think camskill had a offer on them in the last day or so

I've got the Sessanta's on my car.

Previously I've used Goodyear F1 GDs3, and Goodyear F1 assymetrics

Sessantas give great dry road grip, decent wet weather grip.

Downsides are they seem very noisy once you get past the point of grip. as they slide, they are really noisy, which I don't personally like.

I'm on my 2nd set of sessantas and I like them and can't go wrong for the money when I bought them.
Looking at that link they are cheaper still

Bought a set from damian at clickon tyres near me for old mans a5 .. Unreal tyre for the price and grips v well

Goodyear eagle f1's the best tyres i have used fact.

Have them on at the moment and they do last around 7000 miles so not that bad for a price.
Camskill has a good offer going so I'm buying them again.

Put on some cheap ass Chinese Goodride SV308 this spring and love them so far!
