Anyone else with a non res milltek get a crazy drone between 2 and 2 and half thousand rpm?! Only had it fitted today and the drone between the mention rpm is mental! Actually hurts your ears! Can't be normal surely?!!

Haha. This is normal unfortunately......and on the motorway between 65 and 75. Sounds great rest of the time though

Non res on the mkv was the most disappointing thing I did to mine. Masks the sound of the engine completely, all you can hear is the exhaust which is great when you're feeling a bit crazy, but the drone is unbearable and for me ruined the car. Fit the resonator section and the drone goes, the exhaust quietens a little, and you can hear the engine again... you will be happy

I've got a resonated section As that's what came on the car when I brought it but it was way too quiet for me!

Adding some soundproofing in the boot area helps.......... A little
