Been to Awesome GTI today to have the wishbone and rear trailing arm bushes upgraded to poly.

My old bushes were tired and I could start to feel vibrations and little knocks starting to appear. Over the last couple of months its got worse so I decided to take the plunge and get them replaced.

First thanks to Awesome for your service and kind comments about my car and secondly what a difference these bushes make! The R does feel tighter at the front end than before and all of the knocks (they really did annoy me) have gone.

So I'm very happy now. I just need to take it to Wales for a good workout around their twisty roads.

I paid £480. Its around 5/6 hours labour. It should of been £495 but everything went smoothly so I got it slightly cheaper. That also includes a GEO re alignment.
