An aftermarket cat-back system is a requirement for stage 1 mapsCheers guys.
Zig I can't believe you made that power with just the cone filter and a de-catted standard exhaust system, that's very impressive! Even more tempted to go down for a 3rd time now.
There obviously can't be much advantage of going for a milltek cat-back over a stock system performance wise?
Cool, so potentially a wee bit more to be had on Zig's then.An aftermarket cat-back system is a requirement for stage 1 maps

I need to go for a spin in an R with a de-cat and resonated milltek system before the debit card comes out.
Theres a sales pitch in there somewhere!Impressive gains, but this R-Tech bloke saying the BMC is holding the power back is, to put it politely, is misleading.
Was this comment followed by: "Try one of our induction kits" by any chance?![]()
If your existing induction kit was holding the engine back, it wouldn't have made 261hp, that's for sure!
Just a battered 10 year old millie!!! Does the job though and with some new gt tips no one will ever know !!Which cat-back did you go for Zig?
Is it res or non-res? From what I've read most folk go for non-res with a de-cat but I know that would be too loud for me.Just a battered 10 year old millie!!! Does the job though and with some new gt tips no one will ever know !!
Are you de-catted as well though?Non res all day. Mine isn't loud but gives you the nice v6 growl.
Also I can't believe that the bmc is restrictive at all. It's just a cotton filter with a shrowd around it to stop heat soak
