I agreed a price for the front grill and paid via paypal and he said paypal were holding the money for 21 days so he wasn't willing to post out and gave me a refund then I tried paypal gift reluctantly but he said that was the same and returned the money he then gave me him bank details to send the money to and he said the money isn't showing up last night and I've not heard from him today I've messaged him twice no reply. His eBay account has 100% feedback with a high score so he's not a new member and seemed to be legit untill I paid into his bank. Has anybody else had any dealings with this guy?

I just worried he's ripping me off as i paid via faster payment and the bank said that could take up to 2 hours and he's claiming it wasn't showing

He's probably on breakers.net claiming your the scammer and he 's not posting anything to you until he sees the money. ha!

Not helpful sorry...

...but it can take a few hours for bank transfers to show up on another banks internet banking.

Some things just take time. I do a lot of money transfers for car parts online and can take up to 48hours sometimes for funds to appear at the sellers account, you can't blame them for not posting the stuff out if he has no payment for it!

its not 100% sorted hes still saying its not clear in his bank account but says his bank is saying its pending to clear but hes having problems with his bank so no luck getting the grill sent out yet
