Millteks seems like the most popluar way to go however I decided not to go down that route and go custom Longlife (sounds deeper than any aftermarket). Every journey I get nods/looks of appreciation and that's at less than 3k revs, over 3k and the hairs on the back of my next stand up. This for only just over £500 is a bargain.
