Zaino Detail

I recently left my car with Scott (@Beau Technique) for a detail while i was away on holiday. Ive used him previously and am happy with his work and the end result.

As you may know from recent posts ive recently had the front end painted to sort stone chips and a couple of wheels refurbed at TWS.

I've been a big Dodo user in the past but took the plunge down the Zaino route this time. Ive just stocked up on Zaino Z2, Z6, Z7 and Z8 for future maintenance.

I've attached a few pics and Scotts facebook post. He was too busy to fully document but the photos give an idea. Im a bit embarassed by some 'befores' and theres still some things i need to sort. I caught the sat nav screen with over zealous vacuming and scratched it. Shows up in certain light. The 'afters' hopefully show an improvement.

Scotts facebook post / pics.

Hope you like! Anyone else using the Zaino range?

You'll love the zaino range, so easy to use. I have all the above, I'm about to purchase zaino clear seal to compliment the range a little further.
Remember the zaino quote, less is more.
Ps, remember if your going to add multiple layers use the zfx accelerator.

Car looks good, enjoy.

Thanks.

Yes, it took me a while to get my head around the products including ZFX etc. I bought the pack that contains the ZFX and the mixing containers. I presume Z2 can go on without the ZFX if layering isnt required.

I was told to avoid the Zaino polish (cant remember the name) and just stick with AG SRP. Wont be needing that though for a while.

Intially i just intend to use the Zaino shampoo, Z6 and Z8 to finish off with.

Zaino z2 is the polish, z5 is a polish with fillers added, masks slight swirl marks, if your going to use the zaino range, stick only to zaino its designed to bond on top of each other, ditch the AG.....it won't bond over zaino or vice versa. Yes, if your using single coats no need for the zfx, but make sure it drys before buffing off.

Cheers. Will stick to the zaino stuff.

Anyone know of a product to polish a light scratch out of the sat nav screen...only tends to be visible when the light catches it.

Cheers for the comments...

Can anyone recommend a product to remove a scratch from a sat nav screen (as per photo). Ive read up that products will remove an anti glare coating. That doesnt really bother me. I caught it with the vacum cleaner moving it around over the whole dash :-(

Thanks
