Someone has come in my mrs shop and wants this rats head sticker made. She asked whats it for. He says the cops put them on there cars and give them to there family to say there associated with the police. Reckons you can speed and they dont pull you over most of the time coz they think your something to do with them? Sounds a load of bollocks to me. Anyone heard of this?
