Rear Stress Bar

Hey people im in the market for a rear stress bar. Now as from my pervious posts im sure your aware im not very mechanically minded (i.e a dunce :blushed so any help is ALWAYS appreciated.

Now im looking at the YARROWSPORT and the TST Rear Upper Stressbrace because as far as im aware this will improve handling (please correct me if im wrong) and i was just wondering what the better option was.
