Nice colour choice, I've only ever seen 1 gray MKIV R32 at our meets, seen a few TR stunning colour on MK 4 and 5.

I'm also thinking about resale in say 3 years or so, as if I only put 10k on it, potentially I may not lose too much money on it. So needs to be clean/mint and not hpi/vosa recorded. If you buy one with a higher mileage and only put 10k miles on it over 3 years there is a good chance you will lose less money than if you buy a low mileage one.
