Hi guys,

Just wondering is it possible to repair/refurb the brushed aluminium interior trim (especially grab handles), is it possible to sand them down to get rid of the marks and then re-laquer them?

Pretty sure its a nightmare to do IE not economiclly viable. 2nd hand shizz comes up on ebay frequantly. Be prepeared to open your wallet!

just opened my wallet on a full set from a guy off here but want to refurb the drivers door and was wondering if it is possible

When I bought my mk4 the drivers brushed handle was dented and goosed. Got one from Dealers new for about £46. This was only a few months ago. Might be easier to bite the bullet and get one

there's someone on eBay who's always selling new MK4 R32 interior trim bought all mine off him there's a few bits on there now up for sale but as quoted they do fetch good money think I paid £120 for drivers side grab handle and I know the passenger side handle went for over £90

they do fetch silly money these parts but it is nice having brand new trim try the German eBay aswell you can find stuff there too
