An Audi A3 3.2 V6 had a Revo remap which produced 265bhp

I found this post on the Audi forum concerning A3 3.2 V6's with the Revo remap. It shows a Rolling Road graph displaying 265bhp.

Also anyone with the MK 5 R32 with the revo remap, has your car been Rolling Roaded?

Yep....

Mine has been done 3 times now...

Stock car produced 247bhp (5000 miles on the clock)

Revo + Milltek produced 262bhp (7000 miles on the clock)

Revo + Milltek + CAI produced 266bhp (9000 miles on the clock)

Car was a Mk5 R32

Revo is a brilliant written code - instantly noticable.

REVO on the MKV R32 is fantastic. It really transforms the car.
I hear the R32 has a flat spot once in forth gear ? is this true and does the Revo make it more responsive?

Also is fuel economy improved?
To be honest I never noticed any flat spots. But I always felt the MKV R32 lacked a little low-down torque when driving around town. The reworking of the map fully solves that IMHO.

Absolutely, it's a great addition. I knew I wasn't going to be getting massive gains when I got mine Revo'd, but I ended up with a much more driveable car with pretty much relentless mid range. I was very pleased!
I think thats ultimately it Burble; A much more driveable car which despite massive gains on VW TDi's etc you don't always get. It's not always about BHP.
what about these stories with engine pinking? or do you lot not get that with your MK 5?

Nope.
I've had a lot of problems with my car and I've narrowed it down to the Revo Stage 1 remap.

I'm going to get a select swtich to take it off and see if the problems reoccur which I suspect they will.

If this is the case I'll be after a refund or the problem sorting asap.
