I put the Mk5 R32 on the rollers today - Independent Rolling road - ie they are not the guys that have completed the tuning work

Mods as follows - Milltek cat back and Revo stage 1 map.

The car has 8500 miles on it.

Results as follows:

Run One - 261.7bhp @ 6742 rpm and 227.4 lbft @ 3047 rpm

Run Two - 260.5bhp @ 6627 rpm and 228.8 lbft @ 4841 rpm

I will post the graph up later when I scan it - but I'm pretty delighted - 13bhp up on standard!

I have ordered a GruppeM intake so hopefully that will take me into the 265-270bhp mark....

Nice mate but I'd be a bit disappointed. Revo claim 10bhp alone, then lets say another 10bhp with Milltek - 270bhp? Maybe a bit optimistic but thats manufactures claims.

I'm getting my Milltek in the coming weeks, and also have Revo Stg 1.

Will be interesting to see what I roll next month.

An exhaust will never give you 10bhp.....

I have played with a mk4 R32 before I bought the Mk5 and have a pretty good idea what each mod will give...

The milltek sounds better and thats it! - unless you go for a full system..

Also remember the car is 247bhp standard so a 13bhp increase is pretty good..

Have a look at this thread - the owner has a remap, full milltek with manifolds, cams and reworked airbox and only managed 260bhp:confused:
