Earlier MkV's just had .:R on the steering wheel, later ones have .:R32, it isn't anything to do with it being an MFSW or not.

not to sure why i dont have steering wheel controls not something id use tbh but must be because mine is on an 06.

the mkV feels like im taking the bus tbh very slow in comparison but give it 6-10months and im quitely confident it will be roided up ;)

Ah, I've seen you floating about on E38. Hope you've got deep pockets mate, cos you'll need them to make your R go like your Ibiza!!! (It'll deffo pull away better though!!)

Nice to have you on board

@paulnutter in the ibiza i had lsd engine mounts & torque damper and good rubber wasnt too bad on grip but nothing compaired to the R

@caxton do you mean is it the first wash in them pics???? if so yes it was :)

@mattchaps i had a lot of problems with the beezer as it was the first cupra petrol to be bigger turbo'd in this country so was all custom and trial and alot of errors and had RR graphs for 320-349bhp what ever it was it was quick :) rellly wanna push for 500 area with the R tho

wish i got those seats in my r32 mate car looks nice

I don't think that's a good thing :( Treated leather should have a nice matt finish from my experience. Give it a good scrub with some leather feed and cleaner and it should come up nicely.

thats the exact spec i want :( :( i cant find it anywhere!!! Have you had it from new? if not do you mind saying what the milage is and how much you got it for?

#23 ·
the milage is 24000 on a 2006 car. i got it couple of weeks ago for ÂŁ15000. it had the exact spec i wanted so i had to get it :) knocked ÂŁ1000 off the asking price which was a bonus :D did wait a while for the right one to come up tho. lots for sale but all got dsg or 5 doors or not the colour i wanted

Re: Steering Wheel Badge

Early R32's certainly had these but when they started to use the R badge on the R-line spec steering wheels I think they decided to change it to R32

VW and Audi do a really good leather refinisher that brings the seats back to matt. Costs about ÂŁ22.00 IIRC.
