Hi all, trying to resolve lumpy take over/ cut out issue on my mk5 r32
I am getting secondary air injection and catalytic converter failed or incomplete

I don’t seem to be getting any fault codes..

What should I be looking for and doing to try and resolve these issues?

Now I am getting these on the readiness test

After a erasing of faults or adaptation or basic settings, your readiness code will be cancelled. ECU must so make it one more time.

It takes approximately 2-3 days of normal driving cycle for the ECU to make one more time a proper readiness code.

As far as you do not have any error in the subsystem, it is ok.

In ODIS, official tools by VW, Readiness code can be generated after the erasing of faults, and it asks really specific conditions (for example temperature of the catalytic converter to reach etc...).

The best is to make normal driving for 2-3 days, and then check one more time

As stated before, if you have no error codes in subsystem, it is ok
