When accelerating between 1000-3000 RPM's car is shaking like something that spins is loose, thats the only way I could describe it. At higher RPMs it becomes smoother. Wheels are all tightened.. Please share your thougts on this if you have any idea what could it be and what should I look for. It would be much appreciated, thanks!

Does it matter what gear you're in or is it speed related? If it doesn't matter what gear you're in, it could be the dual mass flywheel causing the vibration. If its vehicle speed related, you may have worn driveline components. I.E. Flex coupler on the t-case, rubber bushing around carrier bearing for the prop shaft or worn inner joints on the front CV axles. My vote is on the Dual Mass flywheel though. I've replaced lots of those.
It does that in any gear when accelerating at lower rpms, at higher rpms it does not shake. When cruising it does not shake, only at acceleration. I think it could be flywheel or maybe even driveshaft?
