Hi might be interested in these, along with the calipers would I need to upgrade brake lines (noticed some nice braided ones in the 5th pic) or anything else brake related apart from obviously discs and pads?

Yes, that's right -

Brake lines http://porschecalipers.co.uk/uk/81/produkty/3/vw_golf_mk4__skoda__seat__audi_to_porsche_calipers.html
Pads http://www.design911.com/Porsche/Cayenne-MKI--955--4x4/Cayenne-Turbo-4-5L-2003--/cma81-cmo213-ct315-search07b31420/
Spacers 10mm minimum recommended, I was going to use 15mm with offset 35mm wheels so ET20 in total.
