i recently bought a pair of H&R 10mm spacers for just the rear of my Mk4, but when fitting them realised that the outside diameter (OD) of the spacer is not as big as the OD of the hub, and when offering up the wheel (which has the same OD as the hub) it looked a bit pony... sort of big-small-big.

i know you cant tell from the side of the car - but when i looked through the spokes it looked well obvious, and maybe a bit dangerous?..

have i bought the wrong ones? am thinking i must have... :confusedd:

Any pics Goose, I would be interested to see how drastic the change in size is. I wonder if you are worrying unnecessarily having not seen spacers on the R before?

if they are hubcentric and you have longer bolts goose, and they are not a drastic difference in size, they will be fine.
