Hi all.just been out in the r,only a short trip (2 miles) as i arrived i noticed a nocking noise from the engine which increased in speed when i lightly revved it.i turned it off but when i started it up 10 mins later the noise was gone! Plenty of oil in it and running at 90 as normal .driving fine .any ideas please

Hard to diagnose over the internet especially as one man's knock is another man's rattle or ticking. Knocks from the engine rarely come and go.

Only advice I can offer is have it checked ASAP.

Ok bob.jist drove 25 mile with no problems at all.will let u know of any update when i get home
