whats involved with the stage 2 remap? im thinking im gonna get the cruise cont done and then remap it to the stage 2 but whats involved do I have to do stage 1 first then stage 2? or just go straight in to the 2?

Correct, it's pretty cheap as well if you manage to get a second hand cat back and a decat of lucifer

It's just the manifolds that are expensive

To be honest though the cat back is only ever going to free up a few ponies, it's mostly in the decat/sports cats where the increase comes from. My car made 270 with the standard cat back and a decat with good induction..

waste of money, NA tuning a R32 imo. Like to see some 1/4 miles times/ 30 to 130 times vs £ spent. My gues is to see much improvement you would have to spend more than it would cost to add some forced induction.

Not so sure on that one as a an FI install will be at least 6k for an entry level supper charger where ive not spent anything like that amount (more like 800 quid) and have gained 30bhp and 40ft/lb and greatly improved the drivability (just my 2p like)

also with the linear throttle pedal setting through r tech
and have there induction kit what's the filter set up like
Zig? does the sound change much?

just want to get a Decat at the end of the month
and the sell my sports cats and then ill book up for some
mapping

but it's all money and modding is proving hard when buying
your own house

I was afraid of that.

Wish there was a quiet way to get the air flow in. I think the induction roar ruins the exhaust note.

Surely if going custom then the map would need tweak to take advantage of cams and manifolds.
