Hi
Ive just had my EML come on.So ive had it diagnosed and its saying that the upper timing chain is stretched with the codes G28 AND G163 Camsharf position sensor 2.So could this be that the timing chain is streched or is the cam sensor faulty? As the engine is really quiet with no rattles....strange..

Cheers.

The G28 cam sensor is a mission to change, its right down low on the front of the engine. You idealy need a ramp but it can be done on your drive but your need to remove the front of the car to get to it if you do it this way. A ramp is the quickest way.

Ive changed mine.
