I mean, come on.... 1 decent special and a couple of ok episodes and TWO 'best off' programs from that current series??

I used to love Top Gear but now I'm not so sure. The last series just seemed too half arsed... maybe they had their funding cut by the BBC?

The "specials" are crap. That last one where they drove through Africa, absolute garbage, I didn't even watch the second half of it, that's unheard of for me. It seems to be that they're trying to hard to keep it "entertaining" and it then becomes so false and rubbish.

Bring back top gear when it was a car program. 5th gear is becoming a better watch now.

I agree 5th gear is a proper car show these days in comparison. I just hate Jason Plato, I'm a big Btcc fan and he's an absolute cock in that, he's such a cry baby and a bit of a dirty driver too!!

On occasions Clarkson can be brilliant and really make me laugh.
The other 2 are always average - but try too hard to be funny - they aren't.

Clarkson is hilarious. May is bloody funny to. Throw in Hamster and the 3 are brilliant. My favourites are the specials. Bolivia was the best, then the Polar special, Vietnam was brilliant, Botswana was very good to. Didn't like the Indian one, 3 wise men was good and so was the US special. "Y'all a bunch a gay cowboys lookin a get beat up"?

Hammond and Mays faces were brilliant. Ofc this is just my opinion
