During my recent service my NSF track rod end was found to have some play in it.

Any ideas of cost on one of these and how easy is it to replace myself ?

I always do my own pads and discs (and service on previous cars) so i'm not afraid of getting stuck in etc just never replaced one.

easy enough to replace mate. undo the lock nut holding the t.r.e in place and the wind it of f the track rod making sure you count how many turns it takes. wind your new one on the same amount of turns, tighten the lock nut and your done. Even though you count the turns so the tracking doesnt go out, its still a good idea to get the tarcking checked afterwards.
