Anakin(neil) picked me up in the Tango RS earlier today as we'd decided go to this to pass some time on a Sunday...............must say his RS attracts lots of attention on the road lol.

Also spoke to a couple of guys in the car park in late spec DPB MK5 R32(D6 ***) who both know my R & Neils RS lol..................few pics attached, the 6R4 does 0-60mph in 3 seconds, not bad for a 1987 car!

Haha yes the Blue Lotus Sunbeam is a later version than the black one(something I didn't know)

The Red & White Capris were Tickford versions, the Silver one was a Ford body kitted version, also must have seen around 5 Capri 280's which are rare nowadays & 1 had 11k & was for sale for £20K !!

If I had that cash I'd buy it right now lol, one of my all time favourite cars after the Renault 5 Turbo ;)/>
I know someone who is building one but has another project to finish first

Some great historic cars there, if I had known this was on I would have gone to it

Didn't know myself until Neil mentioned it, were some really nice cars on display including lots of Ford RS's(one especially nice standard Sapphire Cosworth) but ALL had very bad swirl marks apart from a very cool
's Gold coloured Celica GT which was immaculate!

Haha I remember sitting in a Renault 5 GT turbo 'Raider' new at the NEC years ago, thought at the time it was a dream car lol........

Was a white 3 door Cosworth there today but had been ruined by daft mods & making it a RS500 look a like!
