My turbokit will arrive soon, and ive decided i want to get the dsg and ecu mapping done by someone over here rather than run the software that comes with it (034 motorsport ecu / unitronic stage 3 dsg) for not other reason other than it being specific to my car at the time of build completion.

Im struggling to get in touch with Matt @ UM, I spoke with him breifly late last year but since then Ive not been getting any replies to emails and wondered if anyone has UM software/knows how to get in touch?

I really want to go down the UM route, but if I dont get something sorted soon ill have to look at alternatives.

I have UM software on my car through a dealer over here (Ireland). I think trying 'the phirm' who are also dealers for UM is your best bet. Matt works unusual hours I believe. Try Kieran or Farmer on here who are also running UM to see how they get in contact with Matt.

I'd hold out for UM if you can at all, really is worth it.

Thanks James, ill try those routes.

I understand matt is a very busy guy, but I only have his email address and wasn't sure who else to contact.

I really do want the UM software.

Every time I've dealt with Matt he's been quick to reply, very helpful and knowledgable, so he must be super busy. Unfortunately this is a negative side of a small company. No 'reception' to take calls and emails! A lot of American tuners are the same, but anyway, good luck with it!

How do you find the V3s on the R? I had them on my Corrado and they were brilliant. Is the ride comfort better than stock? I find standard a bit harsh but that could be down to the 18s?

Its night and day different over stock.

The ride isn't washy as it was with the stock suspension. It is harsher, but its not unbearable.
