currently stuck on my drive as i cant get the piston to retract into the caliper, i have the propper tools but i think its siezed, can anyone tell me which way the piston is ment to retract?? clockwise or anticlockwise?? and any tips to unseizing it??

I assume the handbrake is off, and that you are trying to 'screw' the piston in and not press it in?

Also ensure the brake fluid reservoir is open.

Get a bar on the end, I had trouble with mine, worst case take the seal off and pop the piston out, clean it up and press it in again

Can be sometimes really tight, so I stuck an extention bar onto the winder and got a mate to hold the caliper whilst I turnt the tool. It should be clockwise to wind it in

yere eventually got it, had to wedge the caliper with a piece of wood then get a bar an both hands to turn the winder, broke the dust seal tho...
