Been collecting parts for a us spec headliner with sunroof.
Was just wondering are the grab handles on us spec r32's different than anni ones.
Got everything in apart from these.

I've got some anni ones but dont fit the headliner..

The headliner is a different shape because of the airbags in the a pillars.

i have the part numbers for the correct door seals as Anni ones are different I was told.....also a Anni headliner is different...easier to get your OEM covered

us spec and uk spec r32s are the same, every anni and r32 are different regardless of spec if that clears things up?

I thought the grab handles were the same.....but the head liner is different because of the air bags in the roof so the handles screw in a different place between a Anni and R32

I've already got it all in apart from the grab handles which seem to be to far away to screw in.
The headliner is different because of the airbags in the A pillars. The A pillars stick out more then it runs along the headliner the same.

As Paulie says, headliners are different and holes are in different places on the car and headlining. Handles are still Xcm long no matter what varient

I used a US spec headliner and A pillars then anni everything else.

There not in different places just further away.

What door seals are you using?
I was told Anni just don't right right due to the air bags in the A pillars.

I do have a part number off a south american 3 door mkiv golf which has the right seals in black

To be honest i havent fitted the a pillars yet tried anni ones with us spec headliner which fit but not to clever. I've got some with a pillars with airbags in the post should be here any day.So hoping they;ll fit.
