Mrk4 r32 front grill wanted silver if poss

Isn't the only difference with the 32 one there is a clip space for the .:R32 badge

However it will clip into a non R32 grill but not be as secure you could clear silicone it in

The r32 grill is a 2 piece grill and the gti is a 1 piece

The grill is the same across all mk4's the only change they made affected the badge fitment. Earlier ones were more recessed and later ones where flat. Not even noticeable when fitted though

As far as I can see there is no difference in etka between them
If you went to vw tomorrow you would get exactly the same two piece grill regardless of what mk4 it was for

so a explanation of exactly what you are needing and why are probably needed part number would also help as how are we to know if we have this mythical R32 grill or not for all we know it may have been changed at some point and be a bog standard one

didn't know that but can see why it is needed as the badge sits in a different position slightly nearer to the head lamp as does the v6 4motion
not sure if it's just the way it's sits on the slat on the back bit
personally I think it just depends on what vertical slat you have the badge sat on as all the badges have a slot like the R32
