Ultimate professional, unfortunately was never given the 'hot seat' at any team he went to.

Practically made Red Bull what they are today, along with Coulthard.

Be good to see him in the Le Mans though!

I suppose it was on the cards and after the Chinese GP there was a lot of speculation that he had signed for Porsche. The F1 paddock will be a poorer place without him.

On the plus side, many drivers did much less in F1 than Mark did, and went on to have very successful sportscar careers. Allan McNish and Martin Brundle being good examples.

Will be interesting to see who joins Vettel's team. I would love it to be Kimi:)

If Kimi joined Red Bull, I think he'd wipe the smile of Seb's face!

Will be aswesome to see him behind the wheel of Porsche's new LMP1 offering!

Agreed on Vettel, he does my head in despite seeing him on TG where he did come across as ok.

On that note, im at the GP this weekend =)

I don't dislike Vettel, he just has a ruthless streak which ALL successful F1 drivers have. In my opinion the relative lack of success for Mark is down to Dr. Helmut Marko who is the puppet master at Red Bull.

Dr Marko and Seb are tight! Ive never seen him in webbers garage! Mark will always walk away with his head held high knowing he couldnt of done more with the tools he didnt have and the politics that he did have!

Another guy who hasnt looked back into F1 is Kubica, he seems to be doing ok in WRC season 1

Redbull would want to upset Vettel so i think it will be a weak team member who could be manipulated easy!

Love to see Button in the Redbull though, he would dstroy Seb!

No

Personally I don't rate Button, the only thing he could beat Vettel at is moaning

Sorry but as much as I like Mark, he's always been second rate. Reliable Mr Webber always almost, but never quite.

Not that I'm sticking up for Seb either!

Fernando Alonso is head and shoulders the best driver on the grid even over the last couple of seasons with a poor car he finds every ounce of performance from the car
Good point, well made
