To be honest your probs best looking the saloon 5door range,
Dnt think you'll get same size as golf. Wif out paying major buddha,
Vw phaeton might be 600bhp effort wif the w12 effort, since it the same engine in bentley conti & audi a8 quatturo/S8just tuned different. Or diesel am thinking, audi s series, or bm diesel's,

TTRS is nice, though not sure on what their limits are.
Dont like Mercs... Would have a Porsche though at the same time I wouldn't as everyone would call me a **** 24/7 (and the interiors are naff)

Rs3 just no going tick the boxes for you plus it 5door only,
We're probs looking at what another 8 or 9+year before a golf come out wif over 400bhp,
Bmw kinda the only major german left but you'll get hit wif the same porsche brand

Shame you won't go Jap... I bet a nice R34 GTR would be nice!! Awesome cars. Petrol, 3 door, Scarily similar to DBP.. 600bhp easy!!
Not to mention the handling is awesome and user definable via display from the cabin.
