Hi everyone ,
I was thinking of fitting spacers on my mk5 R , I was just wondering what size you all would recommend ? , also is there a benefit in doing this or is it purlely just for looks ??

It's done mainly for looks

No benefit apart from aesthetics, some people claim it wears bearings faster but NEVER seen any proof

20mm is good. Have a look on some guys build threads for what they use
