Which rear spacers width for OEM Mk4 alloys?

As above, looking to buy some H&R DRA spacers for the rear, standard Mk4 R32 alloys.

Seems the common widths are 20-25mm.

What do people recommend and any pictures please?

I have 16mm laying around that used to be on the back. But lowered I somehow like it better without. I'm weird.
