Hello Guys,

I am a R32 owner from the Netherlands :)
This summer i fitted my MK5 R32 (5-door) with 19inch OEM Talladega wheels.
At first wanted to keep the suspension stock, but recently i changed my mind....

After reading some posts here, i think of buying H&R sport springs.
Saw som pictures here in i think it is a nice look (not too much)

My questions:
How much CM lowering should i buy ?
Are there people here with 19 inch Talladega's fitted with H&R shocks ?
Hope there are some guys with puictures

Can i use 30mm without rubbing ?
Tires are 235-35-19
With 35 profile I would say you would be ok,

But not 100% sure, the only ones I have seen on 19's lowered have coil overs so are adjusted accordingly

If it was me (as I like low) I would risk it but if you are a bit more cautious go for 20mm

35 is your tyre depth from the rim to top of tyre

35 profile is the relationship (aspect ratio) between the height of the tyre sidewall and the tyre tread width.

35 means that the sidewall is 35% the width of the tyre tread. As your tyre is 235mm wide, the side wall is around 82.25mm in size.

The profile is outlined in the tyre size

235/35x19

Width (mm)/profile (%) x diameter (Inches)

As i decided 20mm by H&R wasnt going to be low enough for me to take out the gap, i was thinking Apex but heard bad reviews both on this site when using google search and others, which kinda put me off.
