Golf shakes in 'P' mode

When I have my golf in P, the car seems to shake around noticeably, it's not OTT but it doesn't do it when in R or D and stationary, just wondering if this is normal or something is wrong?

Normal just rubish engine mounts

Mine is exactly the same 06 plate with 81k miles I was panicking thinking it was dmf but there is no noise rattles etc which I believe you get when flywheel is on it's way out

Discostu49 how can you get round this cause it is pretty annoying can you get upgraded engine mounts ???
