Picked up my new Mk4 R32 from Weymouth on Monday, a mammoth 18 hour round trip but boy was it worth it!!

Im thinking about getting some different alloys but i can't decide on which ones! i had this problem with my Mk4 Golf GTI 1.8t and ended up getting BBS LM 18" replicas and they were lovely but i feel like something different

any suggestions anyone?

BBS RS-GT's (or reps of them) - They look sweeeeeeeeeeet! I went for something similar - with your car being lower on 19's it shoudl look v v nice!

Yeh Andy i wasn't sure about the colour too mate, i travelled all the way from Scarborough to Weymouth to view and buy the car which was a mammoth 7hour drive but when i arrived it was so worth it, he had cleaned and polished the car to a mirror shine and i fell in love with the colour instantly and im not just saying this because its mine, but it is my favorite colour for a Mk4 Golf.

It looks a lot different on photos, you need to be up close to appreciate the colour, it looks nearly black at night but during the day you really see the blue.

NickP - that's my old car! Hope you're enjoying it. Looks like the guy I sold it to has changed to half leather as it had full leather when I bought it. I have a mk5 now but do miss the rawness of the mk4 sometimes. Keep it clean and have fun!

Im thinking about changing the alloys for some BBS 19" LMs, i had them in 18" on my Mk4 GTI and loved them!

I think they look stunning in 19"

really nice, thats got the full fis dash too! that would have had factory sat nav in it to get that or the previous owners retro-fitted it. i like my gadgets lol! so i always look out for things like that.really nice colour, wanting to get another golf as a run around, mk5 tdi hopefully and seen plenty in that colour, not sure if its the same cos on mk5s the name is shawdow blue but it does look the same

Im going to make another probably today with the waterproof backplate on as a final test as its supposed to be used for speed and wind exceeding 100mph as the wind noise is feckin annoying!

not sure what to do about the alloys as i do like em but i think some 19" BBS LM's would look very nice indeed

As for 19'' BBS LM. Go for it. I have a set of those wheels on mine and love them.

I didn't realise how good my Milltek Exhaust sounds from the outside, i was thinking about replacing with an EIP Competition Series at some point but think ill stick with it now
