Finally saved up enough money to buy a car i’ve wanted for such a long time.

Audi RS6 Performance in Mica Blue :)

After scouring the internet for one in a more unique colour with pano sunroof, gloss black trim and the right wheels, this popped up on Autotrader. So i went to view it and instantly fell in love with the colour.

I don’t really have any big plans for it at the moment due to huge dent in my bank balance :D

But possibly fit lowering springs, remap, Audi R8 steering wheel etc

Had the biggest smile on my face driving it home, they are awesome machines.

My last car was an Audi S4 b8 in Ibis White and before that i had a Mk4 Golf R32 in Moonlight Blue which is now owned by a member on this forum, here: https://www.r32oc.co...moonlight-blue/

It doesn’t have the flat bottom steering wheel which is unfortunate, but at least it is heated :)

I then had one of my mates do paint correction on the entire car and do a ceramic coating.

10 hours he spent doing this!

The car literally looks like new now, very happy :)

Feedback is appreciated!

Respect for saving up rather than buying on credit!

How much was (or would be if not mates rates) detail and ceramic?

is the black trim original or has it been painted, most audis have masses of chrome. I have an sq5 and it dazzles you, looking to get the chrome blacked out.

The gloss black trim is standard mate and part of the colour pack the original owner went for, which was my favourite :)

Thanks for the comments i appreciate it.

Getting pin code immobiliser fitted and tracker soon, as watching that car theft program on itv last night got be a bit worried :o

looks great! mate down my street has a grey one, well black but hes wrapped it.

gota be top of most peoples 'if i won the lottery' car. supercar performabce and 5 seats and a mssive boot!

whats the best youve had running it up the dual carrage way on the way out of scarbourogh ;-)

as for the theft tracker is good but pervention is better than cure. garage it if u can, out of sight out of mind. be mindful of been followed home, altho scarborough is tiny and people will know. but mainly secure your home. they dont like lights and alarms - no one cares about cctv. inlcuding the police. make sure your doors and window locks are up to scratch. and then decide if you want to leave th keys downstairs so if they do get in they can take them, or take them upstairs so they have to come get them - escaltes the sentancing guidelines.
