Its been a good number of years since i last visited this site! I thought i would update my current car situation and also see if my old R32 was around!

I Joined back in 2010 when i bought my R32 and then sold it after a year to a young lad, not sure if he was on here at the time but he has sold it since (a number of years ago).

If anyone knows of its whereabouts id be interested to see it, if its still around that is! I ended up selling the Golf to buy my brothers Focus ST3, he offered it to be way under market value so it seemed like a sensible option and i also wanted a tune-able turbo motor! I ended up doing a fair amount of work on the Focus and sold it to fund my first property.

Since then a lot has changed, I ended up in a 135 coupe for a while and then moved country! I don't tend to spend much time in the UK at the moment but decided i wanted something for when i am back but didn't want to finance anything or buy something that would tank in value as it sits on my parents drive way for all of about 5-6 weeks a year. On a total whim i bought an RS4 that my dad had sent to me (the ad). Its only just ticked over 50k and had just shy of 48 when i bought it 15 months or so ago. It came with all the important options and most importantly the seats look barely sat in (most look saggy and shiny). Apart from a K&N panel filter and spacers (i added) i intend to keep the car totally standard as there doesn't seem to be many around anymore. Apart from servicing and refurbishing the wheels i have not had to do any work to the car as of yet, I think the car doesn't hand itself very well to any kind of cosmetic changes so it will be staying as is.

I very nearly got into a 997 GT3 not to long ago but unfortunately it sold before i could get back to see it, for now seeing as its winter i am keeping the RS4 but the long term plan is to get into a 997 GT3.

Nice car. An rs4 seems to be next step up from an R32.
