Is this noise normal?

Only way I can describe it is it sounds a bit like a supercharger but unfortunately I don’t have one 😂

Changed all aux belt tensioner and idler pulleys in the hope that reduced it but seems to be the same. If it’s normal great if not I’d like to know what so I can sort it. Could it be a vacuum leak perhaps?

Check this: UTd9CPs.jpg

Put your finger over this hole and see if the noise stops. If so, the diaphragm in the PVC system has failed.

Doesn't seem to make a difference. Maybe i'm just being fussy, just not sure it was like that before.
